David qualified in 1979 studying part time at the then Polytechnic of the South Bank. He has extensive experience in commercial and industrial property surveying, beginnning his career in the public sector in the Architects Department of the London Borough of Wandsworth. David then moved to the London Borough of Lambeth, where he worked in the maintenance department dealing with cyclical maintenance planning and implementation on the Council's public building stock. David subsequently moved to Surrey Area Health Authority dealing with management of Estate matters and updating the estate terriers to identify land and buildings surplus to requirements.
David moved into the private sector, working with corporate 'blue chip' clients in the UK and Europe, with chartered surveying firm Richard Ellis, (now CBRE) and subsequently with Debenham Tewson and Chinnocks (now DTZ) in the City of London.
David became a founding partner in Boulter Mossman, expanding his professional services supporting RSL clients.
His hobbies and personal interests include horse riding, canoeing, five-a-side football and cycling.
