Jim Allman, Director

BSc MRICS

Jim began work with the development team at Croudace Homes in Caterham before attending a three year RICS accredited degree course in Building Surveying at the Polytechnic of the South Bank. This was followed by a year at the Department of the Environment Property Services Agency with responsibility, amongst others, for the repair and maintenance of the Houses of Parliament, MOD and Government buildings in central London.

He joined Boulter Mossman in 1987 where he specialised in the provision of professional construction and advice to Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Private Development clients. Jim is experienced in the construction management of large scale mixed use developments as well as advising and managing maintenance, repair and defects projects.

Jim has been a Director since 2002.

His hobbies and personal interests include skiing and football (Portsmouth FC season ticket holder). Jim also has dual British and Swiss nationality.
