St Mary’s House is a Grade II Listed Building in Portsmouth.


The building was originally constructed as a Portsmouth City Council Poor House and, was converted into residential flats by Portsmouth Housing Association approximately 25 years ago.

The majority of the flats are leasehold and, Boulter Mossman have worked with First Wessex and the residents on this major external repair contract. Original timber sash windows are being replaced with modern thin pane double glazing, to details approved by Portsmouth City Council Conservation Department. The roof, external stucco works, rainwater goods and other major external features are all being renovated on this traditional project.

Boulter Mossman are appointed as Supervising Officer and CDM Co-ordinator, specifying, tendering and managing the works on behalf of First Wessex.
